In response to requests from local tourism & hospitality businesses, the highly successful Glasgow Welcomes: Supervisory Skills programme is offered as a suite of 3 half-day workshops. This allows participants to implement the learning within their business.
The Supervisory Skills workshops are aimed at supervisors and team leaders of all tourism-related businesses and organisations, whether new to the role or requiring a refresher.
It’s also very relevant to those who have attended the Glasgow Welcomes: Leading Service Excellence workshops and wish to add to their skills.
Workshop topics:
Session 1: Effective Communication Skills - Getting the message across to your team.
Session 2: Motivating the team.
Session 3: Delegations Skills - Developing an effective team.
Course fee includes the series of three workshops, refreshments, badge and certificate (awarded on successful completion of all three workshops).
