Justin Reid, Head of Destination Marketing at TripAdvisor. Justin has been Head of Destination Marketing for Europe, Middle East and Africa since 2014. Justin will provide valuable insights as he shares The Power of Ratings: what the world thinks of Glasgow, ensuring delegates have plenty of tips to take back and implement in their own businesses.
Bridgeen Mullen will introduce Glasgow's Clydeside Distillery, the distinctive single malt Scotch whisky distillery and brand new Visitor Attraction in the city.
Graham Suttle, Managing Director of the multi award-winning Kained Holdings, will share how their focus on quality, customer experience and their people makes them a forward-thinking company which does things differently.
