Wood Leisure have an exciting new opportunity available for a Holiday Warden Couple to join our growing team.
This is a Permanent Role working all year round, with **Accommodation provided onsite** to allow full duties to be fulfilled. The hours for the role will vary throughout the year dependent on Occupancy levels and weather during winter months but are expected to be 5 days out of 7 March - November reducing to 3 days per week over the winter months. Accommodation is provided 7 days per week all year round. Starting wage for the role is £8.00 per hour, additional nightly payment for being 'On Call' also paid.
Job Role : As Holiday Park Warden Couple your main role is to ensure our park and facilities are maintained to the highest standard for the benefit of all our guests on the park. The daily duties will be very varied to include carrying out all grounds and maintenance work on the holiday park which will vary seasonally and can include grass cutting, gardening, basic caravan holiday home maintenance, keeping the park tidy, carrying out housekeeping of our park facilities and holiday homes as well as some assistance in our office as required.
You will also be required to be available outwith office hours to be available for any park or customer emergencies that may arise. Accommodation is provided to allow you to carry out these Warden duties (Gas & Electric payable monthly).
You: This is not a lifestyle that will suit everyone so previous experience of a similar position would be beneficial. It is essential that our Wardens can provide an excellent level of customer service, enjoy the variety that comes with working on a holiday park and thrive on the holiday park lifestyle.
