Loch Lomond Shores Awarded 5 Star Visitor Attraction Status

Loch Lomond Shores is delighted to announce that it has received notification from the national tourism organisation, VisitScotland, that the retail and outdoor leisure complex has been awarded the highest accolade of five star visitor attraction status.

The attraction and retail centre which celebrated its fifteenth anniversary just last month offers the ultimate day out for locals and tourists alike. From fantastic waterfront shopping, outdoor adventures and an array of great places to sit back, dine and soak up the scenery, Loch Lomond Shores has something for everyone.

The award comes at a very exciting time as the visitor attraction goes through new developments. Clare Gemmell, who was the general manager of the complex for over eleven years, handed over the reins to new centre manager Audrey Reid at the end of July 2017.

’I am thrilled to be taking over from Clare at such a prestigious and iconic attraction. The complex has a tremendous reputation and I’m looking forward to the opportunities ahead.
